Program Description

Welcome To STRONGSIDE FLEX! The ultimate program to stack muscle, tone your body, and isolate targeted muscle groups for maximum asthetic pleasure. Are you looking to tone up, get lean, build muscle, and have your friends go “WOW!” when they see you? - - - BOOM! This program is for you!


This is a program that can be done from ANYWHERE as long as you have access to dumbbells and a barbell. Whether it is in 1 of our 3 locations, at home, in a globo-gym, or in a hotel, you can expect a serious PUMP! This is a full 60-80min muscle building program that focuses on 2-3 body parts per day, with 15-24 working sets per day.If you want to BUILD muscle and tone every part of your body, this is the program for YOU!


Training is provided 5x per week on the app and it’s included in your STRONGSIDE Membership.
