How to Train at STRONGSIDE

Next, click "Book" for the time slot that works best for you and reserve your first class! Just that easy!

Follow the 1, 2, 3 Path
Now that you are reserved for your first class your STRONGSIDE fitness journey is underway!
We make fitness fun and simple to allow focusing on your goals easy and stress-free.
We do this by aligning every class with a trained, experienced fitness coach to guide you thru your Path to Success!
It is easy as 1 - 2 - 3!

Step 1.
Choose Your Program
Whichever program you choose, you will be coached, guided, and get super sweaty every step of the way! Every one of our classes is lead by one of our ROCKSTAR coaches that will make sure you are feeling comfortable and amazing through the entire class!

Step 2.
Hit the Workout Category
Every workout fits into 1 of 4 of our workout categories: REV, SPICY, GRIT, AND CLANG & BANG!
We have designed our workouts into these 4 different types of workouts to properly challenge your body's metabolism and hormones. This will ensure you get fit FOR SURE.
You ROCKSTAR coach will explain exactly how these workouts need to be executed by referencing our R.P.E. chart (a chart to monitor your intensity) in the club so you know EXACTLY how your workout should make you feel!

Step 3.
Pick Your Workout Track
STRONGSIDE exists because we want to cater to every fitness level! From first day beginners in fitness, to fire-breathing fitness enthusiasts, we have a WORKOUT TRACK for you every single day at STRONGSIDE!
Once your coach explains the day's WORKOUT CATEGORY, you will then be given the options for all 3 of our workout tracks! You will choose your track based on your fitness level! Read the descriptions of BREAKOUT, FITNESS, AND PERFORMANCE to find out where you may land! Don't worry - if you're unsure, your coach will guide you to the proper track for you!
