Program Description

Are you looking to add in that extra “nudge” to take you fitness to the next level? Maybe you want to compete in local/regional comps - we got you covered! 


This program is designed to be done in addition to our STRONGSIDE60 program! Training is provided 5 days per week and runs in line with SS60. Take class and do SSCOMPETE before or after, it’s just what you need! 


This training is provided on the app and you can come to the gym (any gym) to do it at any time. This is a program that helps build skillwork, endurance, and strength in the functional fitness world so you can compete. You can expect movements such as olympic lifting,

gymnastic skills (pull-ups, muscle-ups, handstand push-ups, etc.), plyometrics, etc.
