Bio

Hey there, my name is Marco, and I live and breathe wellness and exercise. But it wasn’t always like that. When I was younger, my mom would almost drag me to every sports activity you can imagine, but I didn’t quite like it, and I didn’t see the point at the time. Luckily, when I was 19, my friend took me to a CrossFit class, and I loved it; I felt accomplished. That’s what started it all. Ever since then, I began a journey that took me from being a sedentary and very skinny guy, with no physical strength and many insecurities, to being in the best shape of my life not only physically but mentally and emotionally as well.


I transformed my eating habits, behaviors, relationships, and life in general by taking care of myself and being part of an amazing community. Naturally, I began to help people close to me with exercise, yoga, and healthy habits. I eagerly started studying and getting my certifications in Yoga, Functional Training, and Nutrition Coaching. Since then, every day of my life, I help people transform their bodies to look and feel like their true selves. I get to do what I love the most: moving, teaching, and creating connections with amazing people who show up for themselves every single day.


I firmly believe that by making progress in our own lives, we make the world a better place. When I am not coaching, you can find me practicing Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, learning about behavior, neuroscience, relationships, health, and happiness, singing at weddings, or grocery shopping (It’s my active meditation) ;)
