Hey everyone, I'm Brittany Clark


My fitness journey started back in 2020 after my daughter had turned 1 and I realized I hated how I looked and felt. I wanted to be a better role model for her and show her that working out was just a part of your daily life and it wasn't something to dread or fear. I also wanted to teach her that the goal is not to be skinny, it's to get strong. I fell in love with taking care of myself and the confidence it gave me plus trying to beat my PR's brought my competitive side back. 


I wanted to help other moms achieve the same thing so I got my personal training certification. I had never done any Olympic Weightlifting until I took my first class at STRONGSIDE when I was trying to become a trainer here and I was really intimidated for my first class...but all of that fear disappeared the second I walked through those doors. The community here is unmatched and you immediately feel a part of the family! 


Outside of the gym I love rock climbing, aerial silks, hiking and cornhole - honestly anything that involves being outdoors! I used to teach aerial silks and I missed being in that coaching environment, seeing your clients hit their goals and dominate is truly the best feeling.
